Smaller items will be sent by courier to your address. Currently, we ask you to allow 3-5 working days before dispatch. Once dispatched your order should be with you by the next working day. The couriers count a working day as Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and do not deliver on Saturdays.
Due to their fragile nature, it is possible for parcels containing glass e.g mirrors etc, to take longer to be delivered.
2 Man Delivery Service (For Large Items)For larger items (such as furniture) a 2 man delivery will be required. You will be contacted by the courier to arrange delivery. You will be given a 2-hour time slot for the delivery and if you are unable to accept the delivery it will be rescheduled for the next available delivery date.
Please note that the delivery of large items can take between 2-3 weeks to be delivered to you. This delivery type includes delivery to a room of choice only. The drivers will not unbox, assemble or unpackage the items on this delivery service. For some items, there is the option for an upgraded service that includes unboxing the items, removing the packaging, and assembling the items. This service must be booked in advance prior to the delivery being routed. It is not possible to request this service on the day of delivery. PackagingUntil you’re sure you’re happy with your items, please look after the original packaging to make the returns process as smooth as possible.
If you have ordered multiple items under one order, they may be shipped separately due to size and to get your order to you as quick as possible. You will only be charged for delivery once, even if you have multiple deliveries from us.
Damaged and FaultyPlease ensure you check your items as soon as they arrive, you will be asked to sign for the delivery to say that everything has arrived in perfect condition, so do check thoroughly before you sign.
If you find damages after the delivery has happened, please contact us and include any photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue. Please do not return any items to us without any prior contact with us as we will be unable to refund any postage costs.
We only deliver some items within the British mainland and offshore locations such as the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands. In some cases, we are not able to send Large items to these postcodes; BT (all postcodes), HS (all postcodes), IM (all postcodes), IV26-99, KA27, KA28, KW (all postcodes), PA15-78, PH19-50, ZE (all postcodes).
Additional charges may occur when sending to certain postcodes.
